I wanted to take a moment and sing the praises of Andrew Hill. We just closed on our wonderful home in Zebulon, and it could not have happened without him. We are first-time home buyers, and he made this an amazing experience for us. He responded promptly to every text and phone call and went above and beyond to answer all of our millions of questions. We moved from out of state, and he kept in constant communication. He attended our inspection for us and even attended our new homeowners orientation and zoomed us in so we could be there too. I was very anxious about this whole process as it was new to me, and Andrew was always reassuring and calmed my nerves. He was very honest and kind, and extremely genuine. Throughout this process, we felt we were his number one priority, even though I am sure he is extremely busy. We fell in love with him as much as we fell in love with our new home. Although this is our first home, it will not be our last, and Andrew has our business for life! We will be referring any friends and family looking to make the move to this area to him.
